Born and raised in Kingsville, Texas, Captain Jason Wilson has been fishing the legendary waters of Baffin Bay and the Lower Laguna Madre since he was knee high to a grasshopper. Growing up on the shores of these world-class fisheries, Jason developed an early passion for chasing trophy speckled trout, redfish, and black drum in the shallow flats and back bays that make this region one of the most sought-after fishing destinations in Texas.
With decades of local experience, Jason founded Slay the Bay Fishing to share his love of saltwater fishing with anglers of all experience levels.
